The Challenge
As a result of organic growth and acquisitions, the business was growing quickly and needed a solution that could support its future business developments, while standardising core processes including invoicing and after-sales support and providing visibility on huge volumes of data in real-time. J&E Hall recognised that they had outgrown their existing technology platform and systems and identified that the implementation of a new ERP system was critical to sustain further business growth.

AHC produced an outline business case with an estimated return on investment summary. Using this information J&E Hall were able to select a preferred vendor with whom to proceed to contractual negotiation.
